Reducing Stressors

There are many stressors over which we have no control. Every day, we encounter situations where we must react quickly and effectively. In these cases, it is very helpful to use the approaches mentioned in the exercises section to reduce the negative impact of stress on our body as well as on our mental well-being. On the other hand, we can help our body (physical, mental, and spiritual) with certain routines and a healthier lifestyle, and by living this way, we can prevent certain stressful situations or at least mitigate their effects.
